Sophia Lampert-Zakiewicz is taking part in The Norfolk Half Marathon on Sunday 13th April 2025 to fundraise for EPIC Norfolk's Dementia Campaign. This will support 1,000's of people living with Dementia, to keep physically active and prevent them from deconditioning.

"I’m running in memory of my mum, who suffered with early onset Alzheimer’s before she passed away in December 2022. I was thrilled to see the work EPIC Norfolk are doing for people with dementia locally. This will be my first half marathon and I’m hoping any donations can help people in similar situations to the one we went through. Thank you!"
