Founded in 2004, their mission is to support families of children with life limiting conditions, creating special memories and a sense of community ❤️
JUMP are like a big family. They currently help over 200 children with life-limiting health conditions and their families in their community. Every year, they provide a minimum of 80 Memory Photography experiences and 12 Family Memorable Days for families in the North West and North Wales 🤗
