In 2018, when we were newly started at SPW we decided to walk up Pen y Fan as a group of single parents, with our children, and on the hottest day of the year (please see photo of some of our children then!) 7 years later our Ambassadors and other parents are going to do an adult only walk up Pen y Fan to test our new fundraising platform, led by Cerys.

The aim is to kick start our fundraising for £80 which covers the cost of either a holistic session or a wellbeing workshop for a single parent struggling with mental health. This helps the whole family and encourages healthy choices, regulation strategies and prioritising their health.
