A massive thank you to all of you who donated to my 50th birthday run 50k challenge for Newcastle Women's Aid last year. This October I'm doubling up and running 100k in a month. Funds raised goes to Newcastle Women's Aid, which is a charity very close to my heart.

Newcastle Women's Aid is here to keep women and girls who are affected by domestic abuse safe, and help them make meaningful change going forward. But also, create awareness and change perceptions of domestic abuse.
