Swansea Community Farm
is an independent local charity.
Every donation, big or small, helps the farm offer meaningful activities for people who need them most and maintain our green, welcoming spaces for the whole community and local wildlife.
What your support helps us do
For over 25 years, our beautiful urban farm has been built, nurtured and maintained by volunteers like myself. From feeding the animals to growing vegetables and creating wildlife habitats, everything here is shaped by local people.
A very special place indeed.
The farm works with individuals of all ages, including many living with disabilities, long-term health conditions or mental health challenges.
Volunteering at the farm
helps us build confidence, develop new skills, and feel part of something meaningful.

Swansea Community Farm have teamed up with Front Runner Events and have a limited number of race places available for supporters who want to run for them. As a volunteer at the farm, I am very happy to give back and support such a great place that has given me and others so much ?
