About

Feeling inspired by Marcus Rashford’s recent campaign to get the government to change policy regarding School Meal vouchers, me and my Sale FC Junior rugby team are taking part in a daily fitness challenge in July to raise awareness and funds for the Trussell Trust food bank who do an amazing job providing emergency food support for local families locked in poverty.

Each player will complete 9 different bodyweight exercises with 30 reps of each exercise to represent the 9 out of 30 children in any given school classroom that are living in poverty.

When our squad of 24 players/coaches/parents has completed the 270 reps every day in July we will have completed 200,000 reps which represents the number of children who wake up everyday with no food on their shelves.

Please share our challenge with your friends and family to help us raise awareness & funds for the great work carried out by the Trussell Trust. With your help #ThisCanChange
