Sarah was loved by so so many people. She was full of generosity, curiosity, creativity, playfulness and love. A light has gone out.. but we will remember her for the colour that she brought to all of our lives that will live on in us forever.
At RTProjects our favourite memories of Sarah are of her in a chicken suit (she made herself), running around the athletics track at Maiden Castle, and laughing, and making beautiful things for her family and friends and her home. It gives us comfort to think she is with her beloved rabbit Pearl whom she missed so much.
Sarah wrote these words about RTProjects:
"RT is a place where I feel most accepted and understood. It's never mattered here how ill I've been or how willing to participate. I've always been welcomed, encouraged, hugged and people have tried to give me hope - eventually it's sunk in a bit!"
We hope that by donating to RTProjects we can help provide the safe place that Sarah felt to others who are stuggling with their mental health .
