The council want to close our pool and for many people, this would be the end to their swimming, as transport links mean they couldn't get to the nearest alternative.
Swimming saves lives, improves mental and physical health and in the case of Jubilee, friendships are forged, camaraderie is strong and the whole community of South East Bristol has a great local facility, which is well used.
There's a chance the great people behind Friends of Jubilee could get the pool as a Community Asset Transfer, but they need funds.
