Hi everyone,

This year I’m running the Swansea Bay 10k on Sunday 14th September in support of Llanelli Foodbank. The foodbank is a lifeline for many local families, providing not only food but also care and support during difficult times. Having volunteered with the foodbank for the past three years, I’ve seen first-hand the most amazing work that the team does – not just offering essential food, but also providing wrap-around support with a vision for creating lasting positive change. With the cost of living continuing to rise, more people than ever are turning to the foodbank for help. Every donation, no matter the size, will make a real difference in ensuring that no one in our community goes without. This is a cause very close to my heart, and I’d be so grateful for your support – it will keep me motivated right through to the finish line!
