The Big Move

We have some bittersweet but incredibly exciting news to share, Baby Basics Northampton has officially outgrown our much loved offices.

Thanks to your incredible support, we’ve grown so much that we need a bigger home to continue our work supporting families across Northamptonshire.

We aren’t quite ready to show you the new keys just yet... stay tuned for a BIG REVEAL in the coming weeks!

We need your help, moving comes with additional costs and we’ve set a goal to raise £5,000 to help cover the costs of the transition.

No amount is too small, and every penny goes directly toward ensuring we can keep providing essentials to vulnerable new-borns and their families.

Calling all local businesses! We are also looking for "in-kind" support to help make our new house a home.

We’d love to feature the local businesses helping us grow.y Basics Northampton believes that every newborn deserves a safe, loved start in life, regardless of the circumstances into which they are born. As the only charity in Northamptonshire dedicated to providing essential new-born starter packs, we act as a critical safety net for the most vulnerable members of our community. 

In the 2024–25 financial year, we experienced our highest demand to date, supporting 556 families in 2025.

This means that Baby Basics now provides the essential foundations for 1 in every 16 babies born across the county.
