I have been given the opportunity to run the Royal Parks Half Marathon in support of The Upper Room. The Upper Room supports the homeless and vulnerable in West London through the provision of hot meals, toiletries, bedding, specialist advice and help into employment.

The Royal Parks Half Marathon route takes in some of the capital's world-famous landmarks, on closed roads and within four of London's eight Royal Parks - Hyde Park, The Green Park, St James's Park and Kensington Gardens.
