I’ve chosen to take on a half marathon to raise money for Harmless, a charity that supports people affected by self-harm and mental health challenges.
Mental health is something close to my heart, and I see every day how important it is that people feel understood, supported, and not judged. No one should have to struggle alone.
This run is not just about the miles it’s about raising awareness, starting conversations, and helping Harmless continue their life-changing work in our communities.
