Running the 2024 great north run in aid of Together We CIC. In the meantime I aim to participate in my first duathlon in Delamere forest in just under a month. Also on top of this I am looking to enter the race the tide 10k obstacle event at Muncaster castle which will make it a trio of challenges for 2024
