Further greening of one of our greyest streets!

18 street trees have now been planted on Woodhead Road over the course of the last two winters. NESST are incredibly proud about this, having turned a very grey road, with no street trees, and few nearby trees of any kind, into a new avenue of green street trees.

In order to achieve the final 6 of these 18 trees, we were given Grant funding from the South Yorkshire Mayor's "Tree for Everyone" initiative.

The Grant funding paid for 50% of the six trees. However, we still need to Crowd Fund £2200 to pay for the other 50%.
