Hello and thank you for visiting my Marathon sponsorship page. I am running the Chester Marathon on 5th October to raise funds for Resolve- a charity set up to help people with drug or alcohol problems based at Woodhall in Welwyn Garden City, near Hatfield. I’ve been fortunate to meet people who work hard to rebuild their lives for a range of reasons- sometimes for the sake of their children, or maybe to give back to society again. But they all realise that they can’t do it on their own.
Resolve relies heavily on amazing staff and volunteers. They have often gone through a journey themselves but now want to pass on their experience and expertise to help or mentor others.
All donations and sponsorship will go directly to Resolve. They also claim gift aid where the donor is eligible for this. Thanks- I really appreciate your support.
