We are Citizens Advice RCT (CARCT). We’re dedicated to helping people find a way forward, no matter their issue. From our offices in Mountain Ash and Pontypridd, we provide free, confidential, and independent advice both in person and remotely.

The cost-of-living crisis has driven more families into financial hardship, and demand for our services is higher than ever. But we can’t do this alone - we need your support.

For every £1 donated, we deliver over £18 back into the community - helping people access unclaimed benefits and tackle problem debt.
