Hi Guys, This September I am running the infamous Nuts Challenge assault course.

This is 7 Kilometeres and over 100 obstacles of muddy hell, its not a walk in the park, and I doubt you would sponsor a park walk so I have to do this.
I am raising money for the charity I work for, Prospex. We are a youth work based organisation and provide much needed assistance for young people and their families in and around Islington, North London. (Please visit www.prospex.org to find out more)
All of the money raised will go straight into helping young people achieve by funding the work that we do. Youth Hubs, Street Team and One to One work.
Please give generously as this will be a major challenge for me and your donations will encourage myself AND make a huge difference to those we work with.
