The Paul Popham Fund made it possible for Alfie to achieve his goal last year by running an ultra marathon raising funds for the renal unit that cared for his great uncle Ray that he is named after. To show his appreciation Alfie-Ray is taking on this challenge to give back to to the charity and has chosen to raise money for the refurbishment of the children's renal unit in Cardiff.
