Amy's EXTREME Abseil

Hiya!! This summer I will be doing an EXTREME abseil at the National Abseil Centre in Northampton. Its over 400ft!!! (which is 30 meters higher than Big Ben!) I am doing this in aid of WAYC. WAYC are a youth work charity that supports vulnerable and disadvantaged young people living in Warwickshire and Coventry. For over 60 years they have inspired young people, supported youth clubs and groups and trained up youth workers so that young people can get access the best service. They are currently doing a lot of work with young people who have been taken or forced out of their homes and Sharp Minds project works with young people who have been diagnosed with mental health illnesses.
