Why do we keep putting ourselves through the Great Midlands Fun Run - I promise its not for FUN!!!!
OK..... so every year I take on a challenge to raise money for Our Place Community Hub which provides advice, support and mentoring for around 100 vulnerable people EVERY WEEK!
In the last 7 years has funding and fundraising been so challenging, with grant funding becoming more competitive and schools budgets being drastically cut Our Place are having to work so much harder to bring in the basic funds required to keep the services going.
Every donation makes a massive difference in helping us continue to fund this great service so please could you sponsor Caoimhe and me to run this 8.5 mile course, which includes cardiac hill!!!
