I am tackling this Biathlon for the fantastic charity 'I Can and I Am' who do amazing work in schools with young people, helping them to realise their innate resilience. I can count on one hand the number of times I’ve been on a bike in the last few years and I’m definitely not used to paddling so this will be a real challenge for me personally.
