I am running my first half marathon for the Paul Popham Fund Renal Support Wales..
Paul Popham was a family friend who suffered with kidney failure for over half of his life. The charity has been set up in his memory to support patients like him to lead a better quality of life.
Money raised from the Cardiff half marathon will be used to support children with kidney failure and their families to again support from one anotg.
