Sleeping Rough for the Homeless - SleepEasy MKYMCA

PLEASE SAY YES TO GIFT AID - this means the tax man donates 28p on every £1 you donate. --- To you and me, £5 is a trip to the chippy, a bus fair or that 2MB bolt-on when our data runs out at month end. To a person in need, £5 can provide hot meals, training, education and maybe even a new start - but this money needs to go to the people who can provide these services, which is why I am SO passionate about MK YMCA. I have watched this work save lives. You don't *have* to sleep outside in the cold, you don't *have* to go out campaigning - because I'm doing it FOR you on Friday night. Since moving to Milton Keynes I have become increasingly aware of the issues of homelessness and poverty which are on the rise in the city, so on the 22nd April I will be Sleeping Rough for a night in Milton Keynes City Centre to, perhaps, experience a little of what the homeless go through every day. The money raised will be donated to YMCA Milton Keynes who support, house and train hundreds of young people every year. Every penny is so hugely appreciated, so please try to donate even a small amount - this way I can reach (and maybe even stretch) my target of £500.
