For the second year running Beef and his two daughters Rebecca and Hannah will be running the infamous Nuts Challenge assault course in an attempt to beat their times last year along with other Prospex supporters.

The course is over 7 Kilometeres and over 100 obstacles of muddy hell, its not a walk in the park, and I doubt you would sponsor a park walk so I have to do this. Last Year Beef cracked his coxis half way round but still managed to complete, hopefully this year will prove injury free!!!
Along with tackling obstacles their are sand bags and tyres to carry around certain sections just to make it even tougher.
We are raising money for Prospex. We are a youth work based charity and provide much needed assistance for young people and their families in and around Islington, North London. (Please visit www.prospex.org to find out more)
All of the money raised will go straight into helping young people achieve by funding the work that we do. Youth Hubs, Street Team and One to One work.
