I've always been an overweight fat bloke then in 2016 had a bit of health scare so decided to get on it like sonic and do some about it. So joined fat club (slimming world). Walking/ excersise was a swear word. Now January 2018 I am 4 stone lighter with more to go. So I'm now going to do the Couch to 5k challenge. So to keep me motivated I decided to try and raise as much money as possible for Charlotte and Craig Saving Hearts Foundation
