Jubilee Swimming Pool in Knowle, Bristol is a fantastic local pool that's been threatened with closure a number of times. Bristol City Council plans to stop supporting the pool in March 2022 and, unless a community based operator can be found, it will close for good.
I'm part of a group of volunteers looking to save the pool for future generations by bringing it into community ownership and I'm taking part in the sponsored swim to raise funds to support our campaign.

- A hub for the local community, bringing together people of all generations
- The warmest pool in Bristol and provides the right environment for people with a wide variety of conditions
- A beautiful building opened in 1937
- The only pool within walking distance for many
- A gym too!
