Ben completed the St Helen's 10k run on Sunday 10th March and has very nearly reached his target to fundraise for Imara.
Here he is with a good support team, before and after the race, having completed 10K in 58 minutes, nice one Ben!

Imara is a specialist, early intervention service based in Nottinghamshire that provides therapy and support to children, teens and their families following a disclosure or discovery of child sexual abuse. Imara aims to empower all young people and families affected by sexual abuse to recover by providing access to pre-trial trauma-informed creative arts therapies, specialist risk and needs assessment, information, advice and consistent contact throughout the criminal justice process, and support with education, health, housing and financial concern.
