Team Fundraisers
Myself and the Our Place Support team are walking Snowdon on the 3rd August, we're raising funds for the work we do at Our Place Support, including the Our Place Mentoring Scheme which support children and young people 6 years – 25 years old with their emotional, mental, and social wellbeing. We deliver 3 different mentoring services that support individuals on issues such as: ADHD, anxiety, anger, neurodivergences, managing emotions, mental health issues, bereavement, loss, change, domestic abuse, family breakdown, low mood, friendships, family relationships, low self-esteem and confidence, identity, and social skills.
Other services we are raising funds for include the Our Place Advice Service and Community Hub, providing much needed support for the local community.
