Shave the women

Hi I am Clara
I have tossed the idea of shaving my head for a long while, and think I’m finally set on it, and heck, why not do it for charity. 

Vida Sheff has given more to me than I could write in 2000 words, providing me with talking therapy and helping me regain control of my life. 

Vida is a independent, voluntary based service in sheffield aiming to end domestic and sexual abuse. I personally had the support from their service, Eva. 

Eva is a psychological therapy service for women who have survived sexual and/or domestic abuse, and to help them with the residing PTSD symptoms. They helped me understand why i responded to things how i did and help me to unpick the parts of my life/thought patterns bringing me the most pain. 

To say i am in a better place now would be a huge understatement. Although a lot of the improvements can be put down to choosing things that put my wellbeing first (finally!) i couldn’t have made a lot of them without EVA’s support. 

I really really cannot thank them enough but whatever money i can raise is a step in the right direction.
