I've been boxing for a while now, just for fun and fitness, but due to a friends injury, I have been given the chance at the last minute to have a go in the ring, my first ever fight which I'm doing for charity on 14th November, Trinity Park Ipswich. I know it's not much notice but I'd really like to raise some money for Suffolk Accident Rescue Service, a group of volunteers who attend accidents in our county providing much needed and vital first aid. This charity is very close to my own heart as SARS doctors attended the road accident that my Dad was killed in, aged just 34. That's him...the handsome one in the photo. Even if you can only afford to donate £1.00 that would be really, really appreciated as every thing helps. Thank you x
