Carers are hidden heroes who without payment provide care to their loved ones, in many cases 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Each year in Spring Carers Thames Walk organises a walk along the Thames to have fun, raise funds and highlight the work of carers.
Staffers and carers at City and Hackney Carers Centre will be joining the walk in order to raise funds for the centre. Please give as much as you can in order to help support the vital work done by unpaid carers in the borough of Hackney!
