This event is to raise funds for a very special children's charity set up in memory of a close friends grandson Jacob who passed away in 2004 from a life limiting health condition when he was just 3 years of age. His family set up JUMP which stands for Jacobs Unique Memory Pot. JUMP are a registered charity providing special family memorable days to cherish with personal photoshoots to create Memory Books to cherish
