Hi everyone, this is Fallon
May next year I will be doing the Tough Mudder challenge to raise money for a local youth charity called WAYC. The Tough Mudder is a 12 mile obstacle course check out the link!

For over 60 years WAYC has worked to inspire and support vulnerable young people including young people:
- struggling with mental health related illnesses like depression, anxiety and panic attacks
- living in supported accommodation because home is no longer safe for them
- who are currently not in education, employment or training
- living in areas of high deprivation; where opportunities are few and far between and where they are at risk of exclusion, exploitation and crime
The money I raise from this will go towards supporting the work done by their team of youth workers and will ultimately build self-confidence and esteem, create new opportunities and give these young people much needed hope.
