I am running the 10km Two Castles Run on 11th June.
As most of you know I am not a runner so this has been quite a challenge.
I am raising money for a charity very close to my heart.
Our lovely friend James Cooper tragically got killed 6 years ago whilst on holiday in Florida along with his best mate James Kouzaris.
The charity Always A Chance raises money for projects that work with young people and support victims of violent crime.
