Thank you for taking the time to visit my Local giving page.
On 24th April 2016 I will be taking part in the London Marathon. I've never run a marathon before and I'm looking forward to the challenge! My training has really kicked in now, lots of early morning and long weekend runs!!
The Charity that I am supporting is Exmouth Beach Rescue Club. The club was formed in 1986 as a volunteer life guard charity. They patrol Exmouth sea front on Sundays throughout the Summer season as well as training in surf life saving sport throughout the year for juniors and seniors.
The club are hoping to purchase a defibrillator for public use for when the hut is unmanned and any funds raised will go towards this.
