The coach will pick up members from usual locations in the village. Drive from Handcross to Arundel - deliver members to Arundel Cathedral One hour at the Carpet of Flowers Members will walk the very short distance to the church hall for afternoon tea (paid for by the Club) Coach leaves Arundel, taking a scenic route back to Handcross and delvers members back to collection points.

Members are invited to give suggestions about where they would like to go on outings. Many have requested this visit - it is very hard to reach by public transport, and car parking is difficult. If taken by coach access is easy and the carpet of flowers is very well known in Sussex and nationally - the flowers are stunning! We have tea in the local church hall and the driver takes a scenic route back to make the day even more special.

The flowers are breathtaking every year and it should be a memorable even for all of them. It should appeal to all members and walking is minimal. Members are greatly looking forward to the visit and we hope they will feel it was well-worthwhile.
