We will train domiciary care workers from similar backgrounds as our target clients who we will then assign them to particular clients to help with homecare support. This will help to deliver a personalised care to our clients with minimal stress and therefore improve the healthcare quality within the community.

Ethnic minority groups face difficulties in getting carers who meet their individual needs and preferences. Particularly you find that many carers who come form other ethnic backgrounds cannot help with shopping or cooking because of cultural and religious backgrounds. This project aims at training specialise cares for particular client groups such as from muslim and african communities to help deal with this growing problem within the care sector
