I am taking part in a 5 Mile Walk in London on May 14th 2017.
My aim is to raise at least £1000 towards the centres finsing so it helps to make it possible for the centre to stay open.
They provide services for women who have been assaulted, abused and Suffered Domestic violence, they offer a councelling service for vulnerable people, they go out of their way to ensure they have an impact on these people and they can help save lives of women and children.
Derby Women's Centre is a small charity that aims to reduce social and economic inequality by empowering women to leave independent lives. It provides a safe and non-judgemental space for women.
Derby Women's Centre provides information and guidance to women. It offers counselling, mental health and domestic violence support groups, legal advice, skills training,social activities, and complimentary therapies.
