Eating or Heating? No! Sebia Runs 95km in 19 days

Eating or Heating????? This is the choice so many people living in crisis have to make.
It's insane, everybody should be able to afford the essentials but with rising energy bills, impact of Covid and reduction to Universal Credit this is the reality for many families.

It's a massive ask I know but it would be amazing with your support to raise £2000 or more for local charity St Albans & District Foodbank. So they can do their great work and provide food parcels to those in need, as no one should have to make the choice between eating or heating.

No one should live in poverty, but what gets me every time, is the number of children that are.
By the end of 2021, it is estimated that there will be c. 5 million children living in poverty.
St Albans & District Foodbank produce and distribute on average 800 three day emergency parcels every month.
And c.400 of those each month are for children

£2000 will help St Albans & District Foodbank will produce another 126 Foodbanks

Thats a lot of food parcels, and a lot of people who live in our community So, to help raise funds, I will run 5km a day for the rest of the school term. 
I don’t like running and I most definitely don't like the cold - and it doesn't like me.  I can easily provide evidential support of this as I go about the fundraiser :) 
But I have both food and warmth on my return, and that should be the same for every child coming home from school. So I will run 95km over the next 19 days.
