Hi All,
In March I am hoping to complete the Sahara challenge. I will be the older member of the team hiking across the Moroccan Sahara for 4 days to raise money for Age UK Plymouth, a charity for which I am a trustee.
This is a fantastic organisation that helps people over the age of 50 combat loneliness, reduce isolation and promote independence. We also support people with dementia and their carers. This year we have completed a project to facilitate early hospital discharge and free up acute hospital beds.
Your donations will support future projects to make Plymouth a city where people Love Later Life.
