Back in Sparta, where I was born I was nearly drowned for being weak and curly haired. Since then I have striven to prove myself as an equal of my thick-thighed brethren. Also whilst they are off fighting Xerxes army I shall do some running and jumping over stuff to prove myself as true Spartan material. I WILL FIGHT THEM IN THE SHADE!
Ok so the above isn't entirely true...but kinda catchy. I will however be running the Spartan sprint for the charity SexYOUality. They provide vital youth support for young LGBT people to ensure that they are fully included in society without fear of prejudice (let's face it being a teenager is hard enough without the additional fear of having to justify their sexuality).
So...5K, 15 obstacles...bring it on!!! :-) (and please sponsor me!)
