Hello!
The Russell School in Petersham is our fantastic local primary school that both our kids attend.
The school is moving into a brand new building in 2017 which is very exciting. However, budgets are tight and government funding doesn't extend to the accompanying playground...
So we parents, led by the PTA, are trying to raise the necessary funds to build a fantastic playground so that our 250+ kids can run amok at playtime.
I'm running 10km around Greenwich Park on a chilly November morning in an effort to raise some funds for this. (This is no mean feat as I'm currently only capable of running 4km!)
