Ffion had a kidney transplant on 9th February this year and has set herself a challenge of walking 10k in aid of the Paul Popham Renal Fund project to refurbish the Children's Kidney Centre. Ffion has spent so much of her life there already that she wants to give something back to the amazing team who look after her and also make it a better place for the children who, like her, spend so much time there. Please help her raise as much money as she can for this amazing cause.
