NOT COMPLETING PARTICIPATION FORM MEANS YOU CANNOT COMPETE
You will be competing against others using your own Ultimate Team! You will be placed in a bracket that is viewable at the bottom of the description and you will need to beat everyone you come across in order to claim the prize!
Keep a lookout in your PlayStation messages as we will be messaging participants who they are facing!
All money raised will support the dementia cause so come be part of something amazing!

- If the opponent disconnects due to internet issues please restart the game and score the amount of goals that stood before disconnecting.
- If a cheater is reported video evidence is needed.
