I have been volunteering and now working for Vida Sheffield for over two years and I have been able see the impact that this charity is having on the community. Vida works with women victim of domestic abuse and trauma. As a charity they offer free mental health support, allowing women to regain life after the abuse. During the pandemic, numbers of cases have increased drastically and it would be great for charities like Vida to get the extra support, in order to be able to carry on the fantastic work that they are doing. I will be running the Round Sheffield Run on the 26th of June, please sponsor me, donating what you can, to this amazing charity.
