In June this year Archie, Naomi and I will be doing the Great Midlands Fun Run - 8.5 miles!!!!
We are doing it to raise money for Our Place, this is an amazing charity that my sister runs which work tirelessly with children and families that find themselves in difficult situations.
With no council or government funding Our Place have 40 volunteers delivering life changing support for people challenged with the following:
- family breakdown
- families living with domestic violence
- mental health difficulties including stress, anxiety and depression
- children that self harm
- children with behavioural issues
- families that find themselves out of work
- families that find themselves homeless
Our Place help hundreds of people like you and me every day. Please consider giving what you can, every £1 will really help.
If nothing more please donate purely for the fact that I need to get 2 children to run 8.5 miles!!!
