Coach picks up from collection points, drives members to garden centre. Drops off close to entrance. Two hours for shopping and browsing and opportunity for tea (voucher given by club to subsidise cost of tea/meal at member choice Collection of members (and any purchases) and return to collection points/homes.

Members like to make this trip an opportunity to do all their Christmas shopping. For those members who do not have family, or would see little of Christmas decorations, they enjoy a trip out to see the centre all decorated before it is too busy. It gives members an outing in the darker months of the year giving them something to look forward to doing, therefore mainatining their enthusiasm for life.
