I started running in 2017 after entering my first Fun Run to help raise money for Our Place and I'm back again! A little fitter and a little faster and determined to do it all once more for this amazing place. I am in the second year of supporting Our Place as a volunteer Child Mentor and also support their learning and development services to the community.
This is 14k (8.5 miles) around local Sutton Coldfield roads and into the fabulous Sutton Park.

Our Place Community Hub is home to a number of voluntary services offering a range of support on mental health wellbeing, caring and unemployment
The Our Place Mentoring Scheme supports children from aged 6 through to adults.
Our service; which holds the Approved Provider Standard award; provides quality one to one and group mentoring on a range of issues including Friendship, Self Esteem and Confidence and more high risk matters including Domestic Violence, Sexual Abuse and Self Harm.
