The Upper Room is a West London local charity who have been helping socially disadvantaged people since 1990. Their vision is to support and improve the lives of vulnerable people in our community to help them rebuild their lives, become more resilient and gain confidence.
Not only do they offer practical support (meals, toiletries, clothing, and bedding), but also specialist advice, professional counselling and finding employment.
