After being part of a fundraising event for Jeremiah's Journey in 2014, I decided to take it further and do this 26mile race, which weather dependent, could take all day! We have entered Gin Klear, a Westerly GK29. As a team, our sponsorship amount is converted to points and combined with our results on the day. This then increases our potential portion of the prize fund, so the more we raise with this page, the more we may earn from the day. Jeremiah's Journey are a Plymouth based charity that support bereaved children and families who have a terminally ill parent. They are a self funding charity and totally rely on donations. Last year they helped over 200 families and sadly their work will always be needed. They work to help the children understand their emotions and not feel alone through therapeutic activities. It costs around £400 for one child to go through the program. It is our aim to raise enough money to pay for one child so your help would be really appreciated.
